My wife and I have just finished our 2 weeks holiday at the Veggera Hotel, Perissa.Everything about the Hotel is top notch, including: George the daytime receptionist, Manos the pool bar manager, in fact all the staff are brilliant and very helpful.We were lucky enough to get a room overlooking the pool and next to the reception area. This was clean and comfortable - the bathroom is ready for an upgrade, but still useable. Outside the hotel the beach is very close. Around the resort there is a good selection of bars and restaurants of all price ranges. |

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Perissa at the Veggera Hotel. Hotel is lovely, practically on the beach with clean, decent size rooms, 2 big pools, great pool bar and nice staff. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, I would recommend you try and get one of these rather than the underground type rooms we saw. Breakfast is simple (cereal, bread, fruit, yoghurt, pastries) but more than enough and hotel is in an excellent location. As for Perissa, we loved it - lots of great restaurants with lovely food and enough bars to keep you entertained will the early hours. Would recommend getting the bus to Fira and Oia for the spectacular views, they should not be missed! |
